How it works?
Upon placing your order, I will be sending you an invoice and as soon as I receive the payment you will be getting a digital proof of the item via e-mail in about 24 hours or even less for your review before the items are sent. If your design isn’t everything you wished for, you will be able to request changes to your order without penalty - 3 ROUNDS OF REVISIONS 3 DESIGN CONCEPTS are included in the price. After that, I have to charge and additional fee for further changes.
Once you approve the proof, I will email you a .pdf or .png or jpg files and due to the nature of the business, once any design is approved and sent to you, I cannot issue any refunds or make changes unless you request the “penalty” charge*

$5 per changes of design concept.
24 - 48 hours for digital orders.
A standard 100% payment to begin a project MUST be obtained at the time services are retained. This secures a space in the project queue as well as reflecting a client’s commitment to the project.
*I accept Cash, Money Order, Debit Cards, Credit Cards. Online payments via PayPal. This secure payment process allows me to accept credit card payments such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, or transfers from your PayPal account.You are not required to be a PayPal member in order to use PayPal.
