frēoh Collection, reserve the right to accept or decline to print or supply any order, in our sole discretion. Although frēoh strive to maintain current pricing and reserve the right to change it from time to time, in my sole discretion. Information about my customers are an important part of frēoh, and I am not in the business of selling it to others. I receive and store any information you enter on my Web site or give me in any other way for the sole purpose of responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving my store, and communicating with you.

Using frēoh website & social media is your agreement to the terms, delivery and conditions of my Privacy Policy.
frēoh, reserves the right, in my sole discretion, to change, add, replace, delete from, or otherwise update my Terms & Cond and Privacy Policy, website & social media and will replace and supersede all prior policies that are inconsistent.
You are solely responsible for and assume all liability arising from material that you request. The fact that frēoh may produce such product does not mean that we approve it, or that it complies with applicable laws, or that you will not be liable for the use of such product.

*Delivery, Refund & Returns*
All custom products are made to order, meaning they will not be created until you submit your order. That being said, I cannot offer any refunds or returns for any reason. I do, however offer replacement orders if your goods arrives damaged. Should you receive a damaged item, I ask for a picture and a small description sent to freohcollections@gmail.com

Once your package leaves frēoh it is the responsibility of the Carrier.frēohDamage caused by weather or by careless delivery opening is not the responsibility of frēoh. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, you can open a claim and contact USPS frēoh. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
frēoh is not responsible for delays due to customs.
