11&20 STUDIO, reserve the right to accept or decline to print or supply any order, in our sole discretion. Although 11&20 STUDIO strive to maintain current pricing and reserve the right to change it from time to time, in my sole discretion. Information about my customers are an important part of 11&20 STUDIO, and I am not in the business of selling it to others. I receive and store any information you enter on my Web site or give me in any other way for the sole purpose of responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving my store, and communicating with you.

Using 11&20 STUDIO website & social media is your agreement to the terms, delivery and conditions of my Privacy Policy.
11&20 STUDIO, reserves the right, in my sole discretion, to change, add, replace, delete from, or otherwise update my Terms & Cond and Privacy Policy, website & social media and will replace and supersede all prior policies that are inconsistent.
You are solely responsible for and assume all liability arising from material that you request. The fact that 11&20 STUDIO may produce such product does not mean that we approve it, or that it complies with applicable laws, or that you will not be liable for the use of such product.
*Delivery, Refund & Returns*
All custom products are made to order, meaning they will not be created until you submit your order. That being said, I cannot offer any refunds or returns for any reason. I do, however offer replacement orders if your goods arrives damaged. Should you receive a damaged item, I ask for a picture and a small description sent to 11n20design@gmail.com
Once your package leaves 11&20 STUDIO, it is the responsibility of the Carrier.
Damage caused by weather or by careless delivery opening is not the responsibility of 11&20 STUDIO. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, you can open a claim and contact USPS directly. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
11&20 STUDIO is not responsible for delays due to customs or COVID-19.
*Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, your name and credit card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
