♥︎Reviewing the proof:
Upon placing your order, you will receive a digital proof of this item for your review before the items are made. 3 ROUNDS OF REVISIONS 3 DESIGN CONCEPTS are included in the price (unless you have a specific design in mind).
If your design isn't everything you wished for, you will be able to request changes. It's your opportunity to check for typos, grammatical errors and missing content. Whatever the revision, big or small, we’ll continue to revise your design until it’s absolutely perfect.
♥︎Please review and check the proof carefully.
If further proofs are required, change or start over with a new one, an additional charge will apply - Due to the nature of the business, once any design is approved by a client and sent to them if changes are requested later I really do have to charge for the time spent on the editing - $5 fee per each change can be apply -
Once you have submitted your order, please check your e-mail regularly for your proof.
Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product.
All monitors display color differently; please take this into consideration when placing your order.

*Party -Celebration -Event Planner: Your company can use my designs or files. But please, you may not redistribute the file or design. It is ONLY for your event.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
I accept Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. Online payments via PayPal, Venmo & Square. This secure payment process allows us to accept credit card payments such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, or transfers from your PayPal account.
You are not required to be a PayPal member in order to use PayPal.
Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed, in full, upon placing your order. I do not accept any other forms of payment,
I do not accept: Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, or Personal Checks - I accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo & Square.

I, 11&20 DESIGN STUDIO, reserve the right to accept or decline to print or supply any order, in our sole discretion. Although I strive to maintain current pricing, I reserve the right to change it from time to time, in our sole discretion.
Information about my customers are an important part of 11&20 DESIGN STUDIO, and I am not in the business of selling it to others. I receive and store any information you provide in any other way for the sole purpose of responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our store, and communicating with you.
*Your Acknowledgement
Using my website, Instagram, facebook, etc is your agreement to the terms, delivery and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to change, add, delete from, or otherwise update my Privacy Policy.
Any such changes will apply to all current and past users of my website, Instagram, facebook, etc and will
replace and supersede all prior policies that are inconsistent.
You are solely responsible for and assume all liability arising from material that you request as included
on custom digital printed products. The fact that I may produce such product does not mean that I approve it, or that it complies with applicable laws, or that you will not be liable for the use of such product.

♥︎If you wish to cancel the project once I have started, be advice, a 50% “kill fee” of the price will apply.
A standard 50% deposit is required for Logo & Website.
A standard 100% deposit is required for digital printable designs.
Due to the nature of the business, once any design is sent to you without a watermark and/or approved, I cannot issue any refunds or make changes.
