♥I'M FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?
Absolutely not. There should be no problems at all no matter where you are. I can incorporate your language of preference.

♥HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE & WHAT’S THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES?

  • Regular orders
    Within 2 weeks

  • Pre orders
    APPROX 4-6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and are not guaranteed due to Covid-19 affecting USPS/Other mail carriers. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. Production time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORGANIC COTTON TOTE BAG (& GUIDE)?​

  • Consider spot cleaning if a whole wash isn't necessary.

  • Cold hand wash or gentle cold machine wash

  • Line dry or lie flat in shade – don't put your bag in the dryer.

  • When washing the tote, consider eco-friendly washing powder.

  • If you've used your tote bag as much as you can, consider donating it to a clothing bin or look for textile recycling in your area.
     

♥COTTON USES A LOT OF WATER & YOU ARE HELPING WITH THE ENVIRONMENT - WHY DO YOU USE IT?

The cotton that I use is 100% organic & can produce 91% less water! That’s because the majority of H2O used in organic cotton production actually comes from the rain, taking the pressure off local water supplies. 

Lower pollution levels in the earth also helps the soil retain its moisture, leaving perfect conditions for a perfect cotton crop.

It was inspired by the simple, clean yet elegant black & white colors and the combination of dates and birthdays from special people in my life.

REFUND POLICY?

Thank you for supporting my handmade business! All of my products are made to order, meaning they will not be created until you submit your order. That being said, we cannot offer any refunds or returns for any reason. I do, however offer replacement orders if your item arrives damaged. Should you receive a damaged item. I ask for a picture of the damaged item and a small description of what is damaged. Please send damaged inquiries to 11n20designn@gmail.com
