*DIGITAL DESIGNS*

 

♥ WHERE DO I PRINT THIS?
*Large-format (like signs) can be printed at Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Kinkos, Walgreens, and local print shops. Sizes, availability, and quality varies so I recommend calling them before bringing your file in on a USB flash drive or CD and/or asking to samples of other posters they've printed.

*Smaller designs can be brought to Staples/ Kinkos/ Office Depot, or a local print shop. I highly recommend asking them to print a sample proof of the design for you before having a large quantity of items printed so you can be sure you like the final product.
*8x10 and smaller designs can be printed at home.

♥ WHAT SHOULD I PRINT AND DISPLAY ON?
Can be printed on poster paper, matte, glossy, card stock, or luster paper and then framed and display.

♥ CAN I PURCHASE MATCHING ITEMS?
Yes, I can create matching items for the designs in my shop. Please contact me with the details of what you're looking for and I will provide a price quote and estimated turnaround time.

 

♥DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT FOR A CUSTOM PRINTABLE DESIGN?
No, payment is due IN FULL. Tthis secures a space as well as reflecting a client’s commitment to the project.

♥ CAN I ORDER A FULLY-CUSTOM DESIGN/PACKAGE?
Yes, you can!

 

♥I WANT TO START MY DIGITAL DESIGN. WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?

♥DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Only if you decide to cancel after I have sent you a final approved proof/draft by you (client.)

 

♥WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND WHILE WORKING AFTER 3 DESIGN CONCEPTS?

I’m more that happy to work with you on other design concepts.

For this, there will be an extra charge of:

$10 for per design concept.

♥WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE APPROVED A DESIGN AND WANT TO MAKE CHANGES?
Since the order is digital and due to the nature of the business, once any design is approved by a client and sent to them, if changes are requested later I really do have to charge something for the time spent on the editing - $5 per change.

♥WHAT EXACTLY IS A MOCKUP?

A mockup is a model of a design created to show clients final pieces, bringing it to life.

Also adds credibility with high impact visual appeal.

♥CAN I USE MY LOGO INSTANTLY?
Absolutely! Once you receive your logo designs in the various formats that I provide you, they can be used instantly for almost any purpose you can think of.

 

♥DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT FOR LOGO, BLOG OR WEBSITE?
Yes, I require a 50% deposit to start.
*note: 50% non-refundable deposit to begin a project and it MUST be obtained at the time services are retained. This secures a space in the project queue as well as reflecting a client’s commitment to the project. Payment is due IN FULL at the completion/deliverable of a project or web site launch. But you also have the choice of paying all in full. Lots of clients prefer this option but it is up to you.

 

♥DO YOU DO FLYERS, COVERS, BUSINESS CARDS &/OR LETTERHEAD DESIGN?
Yes, I do!

 

♥I'M FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?
Absolutely not. There should be no problems at all no matter where you are. That is the sole purpose of having my business online. In fact we specialize in professionally incorporating your local language preference in the logo for example Spanish, Italian, or any other language of your choice.

 

♥WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF MY LOGO ONCE IT IS DESIGNED?

After you have selected the logo from my logo designing process the Logo is all yours! You fully own the copyright and free to register the logo at the registrar office. I can also place the registered mark or the TM mark on your logo if requested.

 

♥I HAVE A GENERAL IDEA OF A LOGO I WANT. HOW DO I COMMUNICATE MY IDEAS TO YOU?

Tell me with:
*E-mail:  11n20design@gmail.com. Most of my customers prefer this.

*URL : On the other hand, if you see a logo that you like anywhere on the web. I could use the same style or idea AS AN INSPIRATION to recreate your original logo (not copy it).

*Scan : If you have a scanner and would rather scan your sketches, email me the image file at 11n20design@gmail.com.

♥ CAN ANY CHANGES BE MADE AFTER I APPROVED THE DESIGN AND IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Due to the nature of the business, once any design is approved and sent to you, we cannot issue any refunds or make changes… but a $5 fee per each change can be apply.

 

♥I WANT TO START MY LOGO OR & WEBSITE. WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?

♥WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY BASED?

In Southern California.

♥WHERE  DID YOUR NAME COME FROM?

It was inspired by the elegance of the color black & white and the combination of dates and birthdays from special people in my life.


♥ CAN I GET A DISCOUNT? WILL YOU MATCH ANOTHER SHOP'S PRICES?
A lot of time and energy goes into each and every design I work on. Prices are firm, but we may offer a discount for large orders depending on the details of the project. I do not match the prices of other shops :)

♥ CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD?
Yes, I accept payments through ApplePay, as well as Square, Venmo & PayPal - NO need to have an account to pay with PayPal.


♥ WILL THE COLORS LOOK THE SAME WHEN PRINTED?
Due to variations in computer settings, the colors displayed on your computer monitor often differ from the colors of the printed version- 
There is no guarantee that the colors on your screen will be a perfect match with the printed colors. But I’ll do my best to match your color with a Color Palette.
